What does snagging service mean?
Snagging services refer to the process of inspecting and identifying defects or issues in a newly built or renovated property before it is handed over to the owner or tenant. Do I receive a copy of the snagging report?
Yes, when you purchase our snagging service you will receive two types of report, the initial documentation at the time of inspection that shows the issues and defect identified, and the final report in released after the follow stage that indicates the rectified issues and defect.
What does site supervision service mean?
Site supervision services are an essential part of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. Site supervisors are responsible for overseeing the construction site, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently, and that the project meets all relevant regulations and standards.
How long does it take to receive my design?
The period required to finalize the design depends on many factors, however after receiving the requirement of client and visiting the site, it takes uptown 15 days to have a soft copy of your design.
